About the event
What happens inside My Nature Lab after the sun goes down?
Night of the Living Animals is a special after-hours experience featuring live animals and the real science behind nocturnal predators, venom, camouflage, bones and some of the creepiest reptile and amphibian myths.
Cameron will lead families through live-animal encounters and nighttime discoveries throughout the Lab. Each evening will include animals and behaviors you may not experience during an ordinary Open Lab visit, opportunities to ask questions, a family Creature Case File and time for photographs with selected animals using your own phone.
This is not a haunted house. Nothing will jump out at you, and there will be no gore. It will be immersive, a little eerie and built around real animals and real science.
Costumes are welcome but not required. Please do not bring realistic weapons, full-face masks, flashing accessories or loose costume pieces that could frighten or…

Premium AnimalEncounter Add-On
Premium animal encounter Add-on: A limited opportunity to add a 30-minute premium encounter before the main event for $40 per household. The encounter includes two or three animals not featured in the main presentation, more time for questions, a posed family photograph using your phone and first entry into the evening program. The premium encounter begins at 5:30 p.m.
