Field Biologists Overnight Camp - Arkansas

The Overnight Field Camp - Arkansas is a multi-day, high school–level field adventure exploring some of the best habitats in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Campers will learn real field techniques—road cruising, night hiking, creek walking, and species identification—while camping in state parks and traveling by van through prime wildlife areas. Transportation provided. A highlight of the trip is a full day in the field with Dr. J.D. Willson and students from the University of Arkansas Herpetology Lab, where campers participate in active research and see how conservation science works in the real world. This camp is designed for curious, motivated teens who want hands-on science, late nights, and unforgettable wildlife experiences.
